Following our inaugural 2023 release, the second edition of our Rare Umeshu has arrived. Staying true to our ethos, it remains the only Umeshu crafted entirely in Hong Kong—from grain-to-spirit distillation to maceration and bottling.

For this release, handpicked Japanese Nanko Ume, rock sugar, and local Hong Kong salted plums have matured for over a year directly in our award-winning Rare Dry Gin. With refined extraction techniques built on our first batch, this expression achieves an even deeper harmony: vibrant stone-fruit acidity and floral aromas up front, layered seamlessly against the botanicals of the gin, and anchored by the savory, nostalgic complexity of local dried plum. A distinctly Hong Kong spirit, refined with patience.
