“Every drop of N.I.P gin is produced by April, a fabulous copper pot-column still custom-made in Germany by one of the oldest German still makers Christian Carl. The time it took from commissioning to completion of the still was nearly 18 months, so to say that was all worth it is an understatement.

MEET THE N.I.P'S

With a humble background, N.I.P.’s Hong Kong founders Nic and Jeremy set out to pursue their passion of creating the first true Hong Kong gin that marries the genuine flavours of their city with traditional techniques of gin distillation. N.I.P.’s brand ambassador Sandeep shares the duo’s belief in grit, grind and a relentless commitment to quality. These, alongside their exquisite gins and cocktails, form part of a recipe that they are proud to call, a true Hong Kong spirit.
