Meet tea and coffee's perfect match! In this special third edition, we’ve crafted something beautifully unexpected – a gin that celebrates not just our love for tea, but coffee as well. Built upon a sophisticated gin base of juniper, lemon, lime, rose and apple, we've infused two premium jasmine teas: the aromatic Jasmine Pearls and robust Mao-feng Jasmine. These bring floral elegance and subtle sweetness that perfectly intertwine with locally roasted Ethiopia Arbegona Sidama ELTO 74158 Washed coffee, whose notes of apricot, white florals and earl grey create an intriguing complexity.  Seemingly different worlds colliding in perfect balance – just like Hong Kong's beloved “Yuan Yang”, where tea meets coffee in harmony. Our mischievous cat and loyal dog on the label embody this spirit: best of friends, each bringing their own character to create something greater together.
