Limited Edition - N.I.P Rare Umeshu

Introducing a very special drop that’s been brewing for over a year – this Limited Edition Rare Umeshu is the first Umeshu that is produced 100% in Hong Kong. From the creation and production of the base spirit , the plum steeping and maturation process and not to mention the design and bottling - every single step is carried out with our N.I.P spirit. As we continue to venture into uncharted territories in creating flavours not only we love, but to also present yet another side of Hong Kong - there’s always more to it than what meets the eye.
 
With this special bottle, we celebrate a milestone for the birth of the first N.I.P liqueur since the very beginning.  In doing so, we steeped a tonne of Nanko Ume, being premium grade Japanese plums, in our very own N.I.P Rare Dry Gin, together with some rock sugar and local dried plums, for over 16 months. The result is a one-of-a-kind smooth, balanced and complex umeshu that exhibits not only the distinct and rich fragrance, acidity and fruitiness of Nanko Ume, but also the unique character of the base spirit and the unmistakable flavours of local dried plums.  Perfect for all occasions and for those who like a bit of a sweet tipple on the rocks!
