Yes, you read that right. We're doing the impossible: a guest shift dedicated to the infamous Ramos Gin Fizz.

To accomplish such a feat, we’ve enlisted the foremost experts in China, Bar Choice. With a menu featuring 13 different Ramos flavours, they’ve served a staggering 10,000 glasses to date.  For their fourth anniversary, in an act of pure audacity, they even attempted to set a Guinness World Record for the world's largest Ramos – a colossal 20 litre, 1.2m-high Goliath that took the efforts of 100 people shaking simultaneously.

On October 9, the Bar Choice team will be unveiling the secrets of how to perfect Ramos at their masterclass at Kinsman. Following this, from 6pm, they’ll demonstrate their impeccable technique with a menu of three Ramos variations, alongside a food menu designed specifically to pair with this legendary cocktail.
