Red pockets season is once again upon us and we are introducing our latest limited edition gin, our very own 800M (捌億), for this Lunar New Year!
 
We have decided to bring back this bottle that we created in the Lunar New Year of 2021 as it is a concept that spoke dearly to our hearts, and hopefully to many who experienced the same in what was one of the toughest years in our time.  This year however, we have decided to go with a different receipt to celebrate the Year of Tiger, a year that would hopefully bring forth many opportunities to pounce, to grow, and to conquer, regardless of any ongoing difficulties that may persist.  
 
This year’s limited edition 800M combines a different set of 8 botanicals, also inspired by ingredients traditionally indulged during the festivities of Chinese New Year.  They include a very rare 50-year-aged tangerine peel, juniper berries, mandarin, lotus seeds, black dates, ginger, gold flakes and Wuyi Shuixian, also known as the Chinese Sacred Lily,  a premium oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian.  The result is a special gin that is fragrant and packed with traditional flavours from the unmistakable fragrance of aged tangerine peel to the refreshing citrus of mandarin and smokiness of Shuixian tea.  Again, we have used the traditional lucky number “8” as the number of our ingredients and produced a total of 888 bottles.

無名氏自在二零二一年推出「捌億」這款氈酒後，對這瓶酒所帶來的體會和個中理念和哲學帶來的經驗擁有一份特別的執著和情懷。畢竟，它帶領我們闖過不同的難關，也陪伴著我們成長。藉此，無名氏決定把這款氈酒訂立為農曆新年的傳統，把「捌億」的含義以不同的方式、原料呈現。希望大家還是可以懷著富有的心，帶著身心的財富去享受細味來年的一切。並把任何困難和挑戰化作原動力，去成長和征服自己要走的路。
 
「捌億」壬寅虎年限量版氈酒以八款不同的原材料，包括五十年陳皮、杜松子、蜜柑、蓮子、南棗、生薑、金箔及武夷水仙釀製而成。釀出來的酒不但香味十足，也充滿新年的氣色，包括五十陳的香氣、蜜柑的清新氣息和武夷水仙的煙燻香味。
